A. Prior to Travel to Dubai

 

Visa Procedures

1. What is the Visa processing procedure and who will bear the expense?

A. The Visa will be processed by the employer and the expenses will be borne by the company.

 

2. Will the Company provide for the Air ticket at the time of joining?

A. The candidate will have to bear the cost of the Air ticket Contract Details

 

3. Is there any contract period for the employment?

A. There will be a contract for 5 yrs. This contract is renewable upon mutual interest. If you resign before the contract period ends you will not be allowed to work with any organisation engaged in similar activities and is in competition with the company, for a period of 2 years.

 

Leave Entitlement

4. What is the leave policy during employment?

A. Employees will be eligible for 2 months paid leave with air ticket after 2 yrs of service. It is preferred not to take leave during the 1st year as you will need time to learn about the work culture, products etc

 

Documents

5. What is the procedure for certificate attestation?

A. You will have to get the certificates attested from the UAE Embassy in India. The attested document should be sent by courier to the office. The company will then send the documents for Foreign affairs attestation in UAE, for which the fees would be AED 150/-, which will have to be borne by the candidate.

 

6. What if I have just cleared my exams and waiting for my certificates

A. Convocation certificates are essential for processing of documents. However, appointment may be considered based on the evaluation in the interview

 

7. What if I have just applied for my passport and have not received it yet?

A. The candidate will have to get back to us once they receive their passport

 

8. What are the documents required to be submitted if I get selected?

A. You would have to submit your Attested Degree certificate, 10th marks card, Passport copy with a validity of minimum 8 months & 8 passport size photos with white background

 

Sponsorship

9. If I get selected will I be able to sponsor my spouse?

A. You will be eligible to sponsor your spouse if you meet the criteria set by UAE Ministry.

10. What would be the salary structure like?

A. This will be discussed with you during your interview

 

11. What are the growth prospects available after I join the company?

Accommodation

12. Would there be Accommodation provided for staff?

A. There would be free accommodation provided to the staff for 2 years or up to a salary of AED. 4000/- which ever is earlier after which a 7% of the salary will be deducted towards accommodation to a maximum ceiling of AED. 600/-.

 

Place of Work

13. Where will be my place of work?

A. The location of the employment is in the United Arab Emirates. The Company may reasonably request a move to another operating unit and/or another territory in which the Company or a group company operates.

 

Transportation

14. Would there be transportation provided to the place of work?

A. Transportation will be provided wherever it is required. If there is a public transport available to the work place, the company may ask the employee to use the same & a separate transport allowance shall be provided. location of the employment is in the United Arab Emirates.
